The sports complex is the best place to set up your US 12 Garage Sale items this summer! We have seen over 1,000 visitors on past Garage Sale Weekends, we have the easiest (and most) parking for shoppers and a storm shelter if needed. Sales are open from 8:00a to 4:00pm.. 

Booth spaces are 20' by 20' and cost $20 for one day of sales or $40 for two days. Food Truck Vendors pay $100/day. The Complex does not provide any tables or canopies. Set-up begins on Friday morning at 6:00am and sales start at 8:00am. The Edwardsburg Sports Complex is not responsible for any items left overnight. 

If you love shopping and searching for hidden treasures, the US 12 Heritage Trail Garage Sale is for you! Aptly called, “Michigan’s Longest Garage Sale,”  every year individuals clean out their attics and stake out their sales along the US-12 corridor stretching over 180 miles from New Buffalo to Detroit.  You will find everything from antiques, collectibles, furniture, dishware, fresh garden produce, homemade jams and jellies, live entertainment and much more.  Perhaps even more interesting than the “treasures” are the people you will meet along the way.  The sales can be found along the highway at homes, farms, businesses, parking lots and fields.  Some areas will have large numbers of vendors while others may be scattered.  As you drive the country roads on your quest, you will be privy to incredible stories related to the individuals and the items they sell and see a plethora of items that only your grandmother could love.  Most importantly most come to see the unusual and socialize.
